Refund Policy

This policy explains how cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds work for onsite printer services provided by Softpure Solutions Inc.
1. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- You may cancel or reschedule an appointment by contacting our team at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a late cancellation fee or call-out fee, if stated in your booking confirmation.
2. No-Show or Access Issues
If our technician arrives and:
- Cannot access your location, orYou are not available, orThe equipment is not available for service
we may treat this as a no-show and charge a call-out or cancellation fee, as described in your quote or booking terms.
3. Refunds for Service Fees
Because our services are labor-based and performed onsite:
- Fees for completed service visits are non-refundable once the work has been performed.If we fail due to our fault, we may offer a refund or reschedule, at our discretion.
4. Parts, Equipment & Outcomes
- Special-order parts: May be non-refundable.Service Outcomes: We work efficiently but cannot guarantee all issues are fully fixed.
