Softpure Solutions Inc provides professional onsite printer repair, maintenance, installation, and related technical support for business and home office equipment.

Service Agreement & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to request services. By booking an appointment, you represent that you have the authority to authorize repairs on the specified equipment.

Pricing, Payment & Billing

  • Service fees are based on the current rates provided at the time of booking.
  • Payments are due upon completion of the onsite visit unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Pricing is subject to change without notice for future services.

Service Scheduling & Access

You agree to provide our technicians with safe and timely access to the equipment. Failure to provide access may result in a non-refundable service call fee.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Late cancellations or 'no-shows' may incur a cancellation fee as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Warranty & Liability Limitations

Softpure Solutions Inc is not liable for any of the following:

  • Loss of data, print jobs, or digital documents during or after service.
  • Business interruption or loss of revenue arising from equipment downtime.
  • Indirect or consequential losses related to the use of our website or services.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and service marks, is the property of Softpure Solutions Inc and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

User Conduct

Users agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes. Prohibited actions include interfering with the website's security or attempting to harass our technical staff.
